Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to support global cloud infrastructure by installing server racks, performing hardware break-fix and network troubleshooting, responding to operational incidents, maintaining documentation and processes, and supporting on-call and scheduled maintenance activities. The role requires travel between data center locations, flexible day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, physical work involving lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing, and a valid driver's license. Candidates need at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; network design, data center experience, and ticketing-system experience are preferred. The position is based in Lithia Springs, Georgia, with starting pay of 27.98–48.99 USD per hour.
