AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, incident response, and physical repairs in AWS data centers. The role includes on-call and scheduled maintenance duties, documentation, process improvement, and training new team members. Candidates need at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a data center or critical environment. The position requires flexible shifts, travel or commuting to data center sites, and physical work in industrial environments.
