AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to support global data center operations by installing server racks, performing hardware and network troubleshooting, responding to operational incidents, maintaining documentation, and participating in on-call and scheduled maintenance activities. The role requires travel between data center locations, flexible shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing. Candidates need at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; network design and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting knowledge are preferred. The position is based in Covington, Georgia, with a starting pay range of 27.00 to 48.00 USD per hour.
