AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to perform server rack installations, hardware and network diagnostics, physical repairs, troubleshooting, incident response, scheduled maintenance, and on-call support for AWS data centers. The role requires at least two years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience and two years of Layer 1/2 networking troubleshooting and repair experience, along with flexible shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is based in Hamlet, North Carolina, with a base salary of 30.91–54.18 USD per hour, and includes health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
