AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to perform server rack installations, hardware and network diagnostics, physical repairs, troubleshooting, incident response, scheduled maintenance, and on-call duties supporting AWS data center operations. The role requires at least two years of computer or server hardware troubleshooting experience and two years of Layer 1/2 networking experience, along with flexible shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is based in Berwick, Pennsylvania, with possible travel to other data center locations, and includes a lump-sum relocation stipend for eligible candidates.
