Description
AWS is hiring Data Center Technicians to maintain and repair servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment in global data centers. The role includes hardware and network troubleshooting, equipment installation, incident response, documentation, maintenance, change management, stakeholder communication, and training new team members. Technicians must work flexible day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, travel between data center locations, and meet physical requirements for lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience; Amazon does not sponsor visas for this role.
