AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, change management, and on-call support in data centers. The role requires independent and team-based work, flexible day/night/weekend shifts, travel between data center locations, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Preferred qualifications include data center experience, ticketing-system experience, networking knowledge, and relevant technical education or certification.
