Description
Google is hiring Data Center Technicians to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain server hardware, server software, networks, routers, switches, and related infrastructure. The role includes component-level repairs, Linux troubleshooting, complex technical issue resolution, participation in or leadership of installation projects, contingency planning, and potentially on-call support. Candidates must have experience with equipment repairs and troubleshooting, be able to lift and move 50 pounds, and work non-standard hours; a bachelor's degree, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, two years of relevant troubleshooting experience, and data center or network operations experience are preferred.
