Lightning AI is hiring a full-time, on-site Data Center Technician for its Fort Worth, Texas HPC data center. The role supports hardware, power, network, and compute operations, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, server and storage installation, cabling, documentation, and coordination with hardware support, RMA, network, and operations teams. Candidates need at least two years of data center experience, strong Linux administration skills, networking appliance experience, and availability for 24/7 on-call support. The anticipated annual base salary is $80,000–$90,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
