Description
MacStadium is hiring a Data Center Technician to build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot compute, storage, network, and Mac cloud infrastructure at its Las Vegas data center. The role supports hardware and system builds, configuration of MacOS, Windows, VMware, and proprietary software, infrastructure diagnostics, customer service, documentation, incident response, and root-cause analysis. It requires at least one year of experience, with IT infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and incident-ticketing experience preferred, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT with occasional additional coverage.
