The role involves completing assigned tickets, following safety and security procedures, maintaining service-level and performance standards, and contributing to a collaborative data center team. Applicants need secondary education or equivalent experience, basic computer hardware knowledge, and Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency; one or more years of IT equipment support experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
