The role involves completing assigned tickets, following safety and security procedures, maintaining service-level and performance standards, and contributing to a collaborative data center team. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, basic computer hardware knowledge, and at least one year of industry experience supporting IT equipment or related technology; two or more years of experience and applicable certifications are preferred. The position requires a Microsoft Cloud background check and verification of Malaysian citizenship.
