The Data Center Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance Technician identifies and replaces server components, validates cabling and network connectivity, troubleshoots hardware and network issues, monitors ticketing work, mentors less experienced technicians, and supports data center change control, security, and vendor coordination. The role is on-site and 24/7/365, with rotating day and night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel. It requires knowledge of server, storage, network, Linux, and cabling systems, along with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 9-foot ladder. Compensation is $27.64 to $56.83 per hour, or $57,500 to $118,200 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
