AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to support global cloud infrastructure by installing server racks, repairing hardware and networking equipment, troubleshooting operational incidents, maintaining service availability, documenting processes, and supporting on-call and maintenance activities. The role requires at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexible availability for weekends, nights, and holidays. Travel within and outside the regional work area is required, and Amazon does not sponsor immigration visas for this role.
