MetroSys is hiring a Data Center Technician I in Portland, Oregon to support the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data center. The role involves rack-and-stack installations, copper and fiber cabling, hardware replacement and diagnostics, equipment moves, health monitoring, inventory and asset tracking, documentation, and escalation of issues. The position is intended for an entry-level or early-career IT professional and requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, basic hardware and networking knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong organizational and communication skills.
