Google is hiring an Operations Technician to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain data center hardware, server software, and networking equipment. The role includes deploying infrastructure, diagnosing equipment and network issues, maintaining data security, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting larger installation projects. Candidates must have component-level repair and troubleshooting experience, physical ability to move and work with heavy equipment, availability for non-standard hours, and a valid Canadian security clearance; a bachelor's degree, Google IT Support certification, data center experience, and two years of relevant troubleshooting experience are preferred.
