Description
The Fiber Technician will install, terminate, splice, test, patch, route, label, and manage fiber optic cabling in a data center; perform rack-and-stack and network infrastructure deployments; troubleshoot fiber connectivity; maintain installation and network documentation; and support moves, adds, changes, and data center migrations. The role requires hands-on fiber installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting experience, familiarity with single-mode and multi-mode fiber, structured cabling standards, and data center operations.
