Description
Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Technician (DCT) Manager to lead a team of technicians supporting hardware deployments, diagnostics, decommissions, service quality, compliance, safety, and KPI/SLA monitoring for Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant technical field or five years of equivalent experience, plus three or more years of people leadership, coaching, mentoring, supervisory, or management experience. The position requires scheduled shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and applicants must pass Microsoft Cloud background checks.
