Description
Netrality is hiring a Data Center Technician to maintain and monitor data center critical infrastructure, respond to alarms, troubleshoot colocation customer equipment and fiber or copper cross-connects, support customer tickets, prepare new customer environments, perform facility walkthroughs, assist with security and maintenance, and manage deliveries and site support. The role requires a high school diploma, two years of data center or related technical experience, two years of customer service experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
