Description
Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Technician in Schiphol to support the core infrastructure for Microsoft cloud services. The role involves preparing, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning data center equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians, while following safety, security, and data-management procedures. It requires a six-day shift rotation covering 06:00–14:30, 14:30–12:00 (midnight), and 12:00 (midnight)–06:00, along with evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants need secondary education or equivalent experience, basic computer hardware knowledge, a valid driver’s licence, access to a personal vehicle, and the ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
