Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Technician (DCT) Manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for hardware deployments, diagnostics, decommissions, service compliance, quality checks, issue escalation, process changes, triage meetings, and safety procedures. The role supports Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer hardware knowledge, at least three years of IT equipment or related technical experience, and at least one year directing or supervising others. The position requires shift work, including non-standard hours, and may require Microsoft Cloud background screening.
