TEKsystems is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to provide client-facing technical support for a large-scale, mission-critical IT environment in the National Capital Region. The role focuses on Dell infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, HPC, and end-user computing; troubleshooting, monitoring, firmware upgrades, lifecycle management, deployments, migrations, incident resolution, documentation, and performance optimization. It is a hybrid, on-site contract position based in Ottawa, Ontario, with approximately 20% client-site work and potential travel to Montreal or the Greater Toronto Area. The position requires an active Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance, bilingual English and French ability, and strong enterprise infrastructure and Dell technology experience.
