Description
AWS is seeking a DCEO Engineering Team Lead to manage and develop a data center engineering team and oversee the operation, maintenance, availability, safety, reliability, and efficiency of critical data center infrastructure. The role includes leading shift engineers, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, supporting data center design and construction, managing incidents and capacity, conducting financial and procurement analysis, and maintaining asset and inventory records. Candidates need at least two years of people management and team development experience, five or more years managing large-scale engineering services, and experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
