Description
The Data Centre Linux & HW Engineer supports AWS data center operations by installing and maintaining server racks, performing hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues, responding to emergent situations, handling first-line hardware troubleshooting, meeting service-level agreements, and participating in scheduled maintenance, change management, and on-call duties. The role requires at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with customer-facing problem resolution and pressure management preferred. It involves a 24x7 shift rotation and is based at Amazon Data Services India Private Limited.
