Description
AWS is hiring a Data Centre Operation Technician to support the design, installation, maintenance, and operation of large-scale data centers in India. The role troubleshoots systems, networking, Linux, XEN, power, and mechanical issues; responds to 24x7 on-call and shift rotations; installs and configures racks; manages trouble tickets and high-severity incidents; coordinates with vendors and contractors; participates in projects and meetings; and mentors less technical staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, at least two years of computer networking experience, and at least two years of Linux operating systems experience.
