Description
AWS is hiring Data Centre Operation Technicians to support the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and operation of data center infrastructure in India. The role includes server rack installation, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, emergency response, ticket-based problem resolution, on-call and scheduled maintenance, change management, documentation, and 24x7 shift rotation. Candidates need at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; customer-facing problem resolution and the ability to work under pressure are preferred.
