Description
AWS is hiring a Data Centre Operations Engineer to troubleshoot advanced server, storage, and networking hardware on a 24/7 basis, maintain system reliability and availability, improve operational efficiencies, train less technical staff, and participate in hiring activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair; customer-facing problem resolution, ticketing-system management, and data-center racking, cabling, and containment experience are preferred.
