The role covers data centre infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, physical security, IT operations, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery, incident and change management, access administration, documentation, and asset tracking. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT, facilities management, or a related field, experience in IT or data centre operations, and the ability to work shifts or respond to emergencies. ITIL, data centre, basic infrastructure, and security awareness certifications are desired.
