Exponential-e is hiring a senior Data Centre Operations Technician to support large and diverse client environments through server, storage, network, power, cabling, DCIM, remote access, and change-control work. The role includes troubleshooting, incident response, site access and remote-hand support, documentation, reporting, and mentoring junior technicians, with a pathway toward Team Leader responsibilities. Candidates must pass SC, NPPV3, and BPSS clearances, have managed-hosting or cloud data centre experience, hold a full UK driving licence and personal car, and be able to travel by flight or train.
