Description
The Shift Technician is an on-shift role responsible for the safe, stable, and consistent operation of critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and life-safety systems in a data centre. The role monitors BMS/EPMS alarms and plant conditions, performs authorised diagnostics and stabilisation, supports incident response, coordinates vendors, validates operational readiness after maintenance, and improves shift documentation and reliability. It requires a 24×7 rotating roster, site access, safety training, and legal entitlement to work in Malaysia; licensed electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration work is performed by qualified personnel.
