Addepar is hiring a Pune-based Data Client Support professional to support clients using portfolio data feeds and data product functionality. The role handles client and internal data requests, investigates data bugs and processing issues, coordinates escalations with Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Solutions Architecture, and contributes to process and product improvement initiatives. It requires at least two years of experience in the financial investment or advisory industry, knowledge of capital markets and portfolio accounting, strong communication and documentation skills, and familiarity with business and financial systems such as Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters. The position requires working in the Pune office three days per week and does not offer visa sponsorship.
