Description
Generalist is hiring a Data Collection Lab Manager (Shift Leader) to lead and evolve on-site data collection operations supporting model development. The role owns day-to-day lab execution, task scheduling, quality assurance, device and hardware management, inventory, data custody, reporting, and operational systems, while also recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing data collection staff. It is a hands-on, in-lab position requiring at least five years of experience in high-performance operational environments, team-management experience, strong process-improvement and communication skills, and a reliable, accountable mindset.
