Nimble Robotics is hiring an in-person Data Collection Supervisor to lead a shift of approximately 8–12 operators at a data collection site. The player-coach supervisor manages coverage, attendance, breaks, assignments, handoffs, operator coaching and recertification, onboarding and performance management, coordination with technicians to maintain robotics rigs, daily operational reporting, safety and data-handling compliance, and continuous improvement of site playbooks. The role requires at least two years leading frontline hourly teams in hands-on operational environments, preferably with robotics, AI data collection, or other quality-measured work, and pays $95,000–$105,000 per year plus equity.
