The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a full-time, exempt Data Consultant for its Personal Lines State Management department in Worcester, Massachusetts, or Howell, Michigan. The role develops proprietary business tools, reporting analytics, data models, and process enhancements; supports complex business and technical projects; translates P&C insurance requirements into analytical solutions; and communicates insights to customers, partners, and senior leaders. Candidates need 3 to 5+ years of related analytical experience, at least 1–2 years of Property and Casualty industry experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and strong project management and communication skills.
