The role involves reverse-engineering legacy tax data, preparing and refining conversion specifications, supporting customer data verification and training, tracking data quality issues, communicating with clients and project teams, and QA-ing developer implementations. The position requires at least one year of experience in customer-facing work, data mapping or developer deliverables, SQL analysis, SQL, planning, and time management, with ETL or dbVisualizer experience preferred. It offers on-site and telecommuting work arrangements and requires approximately 15% annual travel.
