Gen II is hiring a Data Conversion Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for transforming private equity fund accounting data, reconciling variances, and testing new technology platforms. The role oversees conversion analysts, analyzes business and technology requirements, documents mapping and user guides, and collaborates with IT and Client Service. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of private equity fund or investment company accounting and reporting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and extensive Microsoft Excel proficiency. The position pays $120,000–$150,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office and two days remotely.
