Description
The Workplace Occupancy Analyst maintains and updates occupancy planning data, seating assignments, employee records, and workplace information; conducts site audits; supports space moves and reporting; and collaborates with Workplace, Facilities, and other partners to resolve data discrepancies. The role requires strong data accuracy, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, organizational and communication skills, independent field-audit work, and regular travel between Bay Area office locations. One to three years of experience in data coordination, workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with workplace management systems, floor plans, and occupancy planning.
