Rejlers is hiring a Data-Driven Business Developer in Karlstad to work with large telecom and energy customers, understand their processes, identify data needs, analyze data, and develop proposals for process efficiency and workflow improvements. The role involves customer collaboration, clear communication of insights, and work both in the customer’s environment and from Rejlers’ office in Karlstad. Candidates need at least five years of relevant professional experience, education or equivalent experience in process development, coding, or data analysis, process-development experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in Swedish and English; telecom, energy, Python, SQL, Qlik, automation, and AI experience are advantageous.
