Description

The Data Engineer will support ARD and its regional broadcasters by developing tracking and measurement concepts, processing clickstreams, building data marts, and creating dashboards and reports for BI. The role requires SQL and structured-data skills, experience with large datasets and digital usage or tracking data, and familiarity with BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, dbt, and Power BI. It offers an unlimited contract, Munich-based work, flexible hours, remote work within Germany and some European countries, and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as business informatics, statistics, mathematics, social or economic sciences, or a comparable qualification
Required Previous Experiences: Experience analyzing and preparing large datasets and handling digital usage and tracking data
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and dbt
Experience creating reports and dashboards with BI and visualization tools, especially Power BI
Preferred Qualifications: Completed degree with a quantitative or analytical focus
