State Street is hiring a Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable data infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and its data center. The role owns data platform SLAs and KPIs, develops data lake, warehouse, stream processing, query, database, analytics, and visualization systems, and mentors engineers while applying reliability, security, monitoring, auditing, and privacy practices. Candidates need at least five years of Databricks experience using Azure, hands-on Hadoop and Scala expertise, public-cloud knowledge, programming-language knowledge, and end-to-end data analytics experience.
