Amazon is hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and operate data pipelines, models, and platform infrastructure supporting analytics, science, and AI initiatives. The role owns the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, quality enforcement, and delivery, while using generative AI and multi-agent solutions to automate engineering workflows. The engineer will also contribute to shared data platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure, and self-service data services. The position is based in Hawthorne, California, with a base salary of $132,100 to $178,800 annually.
