Amazon Logistics is hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain software solutions and advanced data infrastructure for its leadership and BI teams in Japan. The role focuses on scalable AWS-based solutions, large-dataset manipulation, low-latency and high-accuracy systems, data pipeline health, error investigation, and collaboration with business, engineering, and science teams. It requires at least three years of data engineering experience, data modeling and ETL experience, modern programming-language experience, and query-language experience; AWS, big-data, and Japanese-language experience are preferred.
