Description
Aegon is hiring a Data Engineer to analyze requirements, design and develop enhancements and projects, prepare development documentation, create unit and user test plans, deploy software, resolve incidents, collaborate with IT areas, and develop the company's information platform. The role also involves understanding data sources, designing DataLake/DWH data structures for business intelligence and analytics, testing data-loading processes, maintaining documentation, following corporate standards, and providing guidance to less experienced technicians. The position requires at least three years of experience with Python, Spark, PySpark, or SparkSQL; Microsoft Power BI and Fabric knowledge; at least three years of experience in data integration, business intelligence, and analytics projects; AWS experience; and experience in the insurance sector. The company offers a hybrid working model with remote work at least three days per week.
