Airtree is hiring a full-time, permanent Data Engineer to optimise and scale its venture-capital data infrastructure. The role focuses on Snowflake, AWS Lambda, and dbt, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, portfolio reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. It is based in Sydney and requires an in-office three days per week, with two flexible days. The position seeks strong Python and SQL skills, experience or strong interest in Snowflake, dbt, and AWS Lambda, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
