Description
The Data Engineer will build and maintain data architectures, pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes for accurate, accessible, and secure data. The role also develops processing and analysis algorithms, collaborates with data scientists on machine learning models, and leads performance engineering initiatives for payment systems in the Merchant Services domain. Responsibilities include improving system stability, throughput, efficiency, and controls; working with business analysis, software analysis, engineering, and technology partners; and ensuring compliance with performance standards, risk controls, and service-level expectations. The position is based in Chennai, India.
