Baton Corporation is hiring a Data Engineer to build and scale real-time data infrastructure for its crypto and social-finance platform. The role involves designing high-throughput streaming and batch pipelines, data models, analytics databases, and storage solutions; solving problems around consistency, performance, and scale; and owning work from concept through production deployment and maintenance. The position requires experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, SQL, Python, and large-scale data technologies, and involves in-person work in a fast-paced environment.
