Blend is hiring a Data Engineer Analyst to design and implement scalable, domain-oriented data solutions for an enterprise initiative. The role focuses on AWS data pipelines, batch and streaming ingestion, CDC architectures, data modeling, quality, reliability, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and using AI-assisted development tools. Candidates need at least three years of data engineering or related experience, hands-on AWS pipeline work, and advanced English; the position may be performed 100% remotely from anywhere in Mexico.
