Booz Allen is hiring a Data Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia, to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms for clients working on mission-driven projects involving fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence. The role involves developing software to retrieve, parse, and process structured and unstructured data; designing, building, monitoring, and operating data platforms; and collaborating with analysts, developers, and other data consumers. The position requires at least five years of data-engineering software experience, three years of Python, SQL, Scala, or Java experience, three years of scalable ETL/ELT experience, a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and the ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 30 days. The projected annualized compensation is $77,600 to $176,000.
