Senior Data Engineer at Bosta

Bosta is hiring a Data Engineer to rebuild its data platform end-to-end, owning the pipeline from MongoDB CDC through ingestion, lakehouse, warehouse, dbt, a governed semantic layer, and interfaces for BI and AI agents. The role involves architecture co-ownership, production CDC, orchestration, dbt project governance, LLM-readiness, and migration of existing Tableau and Metabase logic into modeled, governed sources. Candidates need at least four years of data engineering and/or analytics engineering experience, strong dbt and SQL skills, production CDC experience, deep cloud-warehouse knowledge, strong Python, and familiarity with Linux, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and LLM tooling.
