Capco is hiring a full-time Data Engineer to build and operate data pipelines for regulated financial-services clients. The role connects data sources to Azure Databricks Bronze and Silver layers, implements transformations, mappings, business rules, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance controls, and supports data products through APIs, MCP interfaces, Power BI, and analytics. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least three years of development experience, SQL and Python skills, Azure Databricks experience, and English fluency; German is advantageous. The position offers a minimum gross monthly base salary of €2,500, flexible remote work, and permanent employment.
